Job summary

Carestream Health India Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai seeks an Operations Executive – West to support the Regional General Manager in achieving sales targets and ensuring smooth lead-to-order processes.

The role interfaces with Sales, Channel Partners, and OEMs, coordinating with Finance, Logistics, and Corporate teams to ensure timely payments, orders, and compliance. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this role, which requires close collaboration with regional teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of previous similar work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Regional General Managers to help them achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Support the Sales team including order processing (C4C), business case preparation, approvals as per matrix and ensuring compliance across all stages
  • Maintain audit related documents for compliance, with zero non-conformities in business operations
  • Liaise with Finance, COS, and Logistics teams to facilitate timely payments, stocks, billing, dispatch, delivery, and product returns.
  • Support Sales and Channel Partners with tender related documents and activities
  • Provide end-to-end support for orders secured through tender processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Channel Partners, End Customers and OEMs, assisting with their orders, queries, and operational needs.
  • Facilitate the Channel recruitment and termination processes in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Track and monitor the Channel Partner onboarding journey.
  • Oversee the renewal process of Channel and OEM Contracts to ensure timely compliance.
  • Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Partnership Plans with Channel Partners.
  • Manage communication rollouts to Channel Partners as needed.
  • Support Channel Partners with Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) and Anti-Corruption & Bribery (ACAB) checks.
  • Creating Business Dashboards.
  • Day-to-day reporting.
  • Pricing and price analysis.
  • Designing & driving processes
  • Work alongside the India Operations Manager to implement and improve various business processes.
  • Maintain SAP data including master data, customer account creation, and E-shop management.
  • Ensure smooth usage & troubleshooting support for apps like C4C, BMI, GeM , SAP, Contract Max, & Evolve.
  • Handle specific projects as identified by Operations Manager for Business Growth, improving Sales effectiveness and driving productivity

Job description

Operations Executive – West reports solid line to the India Operations Manager; he/she has a daily work relationship to the RGM (Regional General Manager), Channel partners and End Customers.

This role is responsible for providing Sales support to the region and enable the Regional General Manager to achieve and exceed their sales targets and business objectives.

He/she ensures quality execution for the Country Operations Processes and needs to interface with the local Sales team, Vertical Managers, Corporate team, Supply Chain & Logistics, Regulatory, Service Operations and the Shared Service Center in Mumbai to ensure efficient and timely handling of our Lead to Order processes of the region he/ she works for.
