Job summary

ISSQUARED in Hyderabad is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to support our sales organization. The role focuses on coordinating across account managers, vendors, and CRM data to ensure accurate orders, quotes, and pipeline records.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience, an available degree, strong English communication, and familiarity with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics. This position requires working Pacific Time business hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily sales operations activities across multiple account managers and customer accounts
• Interact with vendors, including manufacturers and distributors, for sourcing and order coordination
• Manage deal registrations with vendor partners
• Prepare and generate customer quotes
• Maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline data within the CRM system
• Perform order entry and ensure order accuracy in internal systems
• Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate ETAs with internal teams and customers
• Initiate and track RMA processes when required
• Provide administrative and operational support to sales representatives
• Manage multiple priorities while supporting different sales teams simultaneously
• Deliver responsive, professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
