Job summary

ESAF Small Finance Bank is recruiting for a Sales Officer to drive mobility and mortgage loan sales across multiple locations in Tamil Nadu. The role targets customers in retail banking and asset products, with emphasis on building relationships and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in sales, exposure to mobility or mortgage loans, and is comfortable engaging across channels to generate leads and close deals.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate/ PG (education)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the sales domain, preferably in Banking, Financial Services, or related industries
• Candidates must have good knowledge and experience in Mobility or Mortgage Loans.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent service
• Identify and tap market opportunities in the retail asset segment
• Promote and sell the Bank’s asset products, especially mortgage loans
• Generate leads and follow up to drive sales
• Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Stay updated on products, processes, and compliance guidelines
