Job summary

Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. invites a results-driven Home Loan Sales professional to drive customer acquisition and mortgage product revenue in Haryana (Sirsa region).

You will generate leads, explain loan options, and coordinate with the credit team for smooth processing. Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales, strong local network, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to close deals with customers and channel partners.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within the BFSI/NBFC sector.
• Direct customer acquisition and channel sales preferred; Freshers with strong sales aptitude may be considered.
• Strong local market knowledge and established network in the region.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Result-oriented and self-motivated.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
