Job summary

Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Home Loan Sales professional to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through direct sourcing and strategic networking.

You will conduct field visits, explain loan products, and ensure end-to-end loan processing with emphasis on a seamless customer experience. The role requires 1–5 years in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales in BFSI/NBFC, strong local market knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet targets.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales in BFSI/NBFC sectors.
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may be considered; direct customer acquisition & channel sales preferred.
• Strong local market knowledge and established network in the region.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Result-oriented, self-motivated with strong negotiation skills.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Educational Qualifications:
