Job Responsibilities

Purpose: Achieving Business goals with customer retention & acquisitions by providing solutions and prompt services.

• Promote Equipment’s and Solutions to Existing and new Customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industry.
• Recommend appropriate welding machines for customer Applications.
• Provide technical demonstration and trials of equipment.
• Trouble shoot welding related issues and propose process improvement
• Should Focus on New customer leads, Quotes and order Closure.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Achieve agreed upon solution Sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate Solution sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Analyse the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends & continuously improve through feedback.
• Effectively utilize the CRM platform and ensure accurate, timely reporting to enhance visibility, improve decision-making, and support business growth.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / B Tech Engineer in Elect/Mech
• Excellent selling, negotiation, prioritizing, time management and communication skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Proven 10 – 15 Years work experience in welding field.
• Extensice equipment Market knowledge is mandatory
