Job summary

Linde South Asia Services Pvt. Ltd. in Pune, Maharashtra, India, is seeking an Associate Manager for Speciality Products and Chemicals (SPC) Sales to lead the sales and service support for Welding Products (HG) business.

This role focuses on coaching a team, managing key accounts, and driving profitable growth across the territory. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a technical field and 8+ years of industrial/sales experience in gas or related manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or technical discipline is required.
• 8+ years of industrial/sales/commercial experience in the gas or chemical manufacturing sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members reporting directly to you while remaining accountable for achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Manage existing customer accounts and work closely with the BU Head to ensure achievement of overall BU targets.
• Manage key accounts to drive long-term profitability and growth while coordinating with plant, distribution, and support teams to ensure timely customer supplies.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers across the territory and maintain healthy receivables.
• Address customer complaints promptly and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Identify and generate new large and strategic leads and drive their conversion into profitable business wins.
• Gather and report relevant market intelligence, including competitor actions and developments, to support business and sales strategy.

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

• You have Bachelor’s degree required in sales, marketing, or technical discipline
• You have eight (8) plus years of industrial / Sales / Commercial experience in gas industry, chemical / other manufacturing industry desired
