Job summary

YO HR Consultancy seeks a dynamic Sales / Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition for recruitment and staffing services. You will generate leads, build client relationships, and close business opportunities.

You will reach out via LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, and networking; pitch services; coordinate with internal teams; maintain CRM pipelines; and work toward monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Experience in B2B sales / HR services/recruitment industry (preferred).
• Ability to do cold outreach and lead generation.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and sales tools.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Understanding of hiring / recruitment process.
