Qualifications

• Market planning and marketing experience to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Strong communication for client interaction, negotiation and presentation.
• Sales and marketing skills for lead generation, pipeline management and closing deals.
• Relevant experience in industrial product sales or B2B marketing is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, travel to client locations and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in power/ energy sectors.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, along with strong numerical and analytical abilities.

Role Description
