A fast-growing Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) in Chennai is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive for its Mortgage (Loan Against Property LAP) business targeted at the MSME segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance, develop channel partnerships, and expand the MSME customer base.
• Oversee credit assessment, underwriting quality, and risk evaluation for mortgage products.
• Manage and strengthen the collections process, ensuring portfolio health and compliance.
• Build, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales and credit teams.

Candidate Profile
