Job summary

SkillLabs Resource Services Pvt. Ltd. in Dehradun seeks a Channel Sales Manager to drive Two Wheeler sales via a dealer network. You will empanel new dealers, DSAs and DSTs, and lead a sales team to achieve targets with close coordination with the credit team.

You will conduct trainings on product knowledge, policies, and market changes, manage promotional activities, and build solid relationships with customers to boost revenue and portfolio health.

Job Role And Responsibilities

• Manage Two Wheeler sales through Dealer channel
• Empanelment of new Two wheeler Dealers, DSA and DST in the market
• Accountable for Sales performance and productivity of team
• Conduct training for all the channels and team on product, policy and market changes
• Manage business promotional activities with channels
• Responsible for tracking channels and team for quality sourcing and healthy portfolio
• Interact with the credit team, and get business approvals
• Keep close watch on competitor product, policy and market strategy

Candidate Profile Required
