Job summary

SkillLabs in India is seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to oversee Two Wheeler sales through the Dealer channel. You will empanel new dealers (DSA/DST), drive sales performance, train channels on product and policy, and manage promotional activities to grow the business.

You will recruit and motivate the channel sales team, coordinate with credit to obtain approvals, monitor competitor moves, and build lasting relationships with customers to increase revenue and portfolios.

Qualifications

• Post graduate with 2-3 years of relevant work experience in channel management for similar product.
• Experience in empanelment of dealers and DSAs/DSTs.
• Proven ability to train and motivate channel sales teams to achieve targets.
• Strong relationship-building with customers and banks to grow revenue.
