Home Bazaar Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager to drive residential real estate sales in Mumbai, handling end-to-end buyer discussions and achieving monthly revenue targets.

You will build relationships with developers, investors and end-customers, educate buyers about offerings, and provide high-level advisory services to secure the best deals for HNI clients.

Qualifications

• 3 to 12 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate buyers about offerings.
• Ability to manage end-to-end discussions with buyers and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Sell residential real estate in Mumbai to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Lead end-to-end discussions with buyers and educate them about offerings daily.
• Address inquiries from digital platforms and address buyer needs and concerns to fulfil expectations.
• Develop relationships with top developers, investors and end-customers; negotiate and advise on market conditions and prices.
• Provide advisory services to customers to secure the best deal under optimal terms.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable property solutions; arrange engagement meetings and showcase properties to high-net-worth clients.
• Convert prospects to buyers by presenting primary residential properties aligned with investment needs.
• Perform CMA to estimate property values and coordinate with CRM for post-sale service.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales in Mumbai achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Be responsible for end to end discussion with buyers and educate them about company's offerings on every day basis.
• Responsible for Attend inquires generated through the Digital Marketing platform by addressing need & concerns to fulfil buyer's expectations.
• Develop relationships with Top Selling Developer and Investors and End-customers. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices.
• Provide advisory/consultation to customers for purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.
• Understand clients' needs and propose solutions that suit them best. Fixing up an Engagement Meetings with the Predetermined Leads. Showing, consulting, and selling by giving excellent personalized service to the HNI customers.
• Converting prospects into buyer by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the investment need of the prospects.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value. Work closely with internal CRM team to ensure hassle free after sales service
• Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
