Job summary

BuildxPartners is recruiting a Sales Manager – Secured Vertical for a growing fintech organization based in Noida. Location: Noida. Experience: minimum 1 year in HL/LAP sales. Role involves field sales across HL and LAP products, with a focus on building relationships with DSAs and channel partners.

Six-day work week with target-driven performance, client acquisition through direct sourcing, and ongoing market exploration to expand the secured lending portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in HL/LAP sales.
• Experience in secured lending sales within Banking/NBFC/Fintech.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate business through Home Loans and LAP products.
• Acquire new customers through direct sourcing and market activities.
• Build and manage relationships with DSAs, channel partners, builders, and realtors.
• Conduct field visits for client acquisition and business development.
• Drive monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Identify new markets and sourcing opportunities through area mapping.
• Ensure customer support throughout the loan process.
• Maintain sales pipeline, lead tracking, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business through Home Loans and LAP products
