Job summary

Swayam Sadasiba Constructions Private Limited in India is seeking a Sales Manager (RMC) to drive revenue growth by developing and managing customer relationships for Ready-Mix Concrete and related products. The ideal candidate has prior RMC industry experience, an established market network, and a proven track record in B2B project sales.

This is a site and field-based role with travel, reporting to the Business Head.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred).
• Minimum 58 years of sales experience, with prior experience specifically in the RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete) industry mandatory.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B/project sales environment.
• Existing network of builders, contractors is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets for RMC.
• Identify and onboard new customers builders, contractors, and infrastructure projects.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and contracts within company guidelines.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor outstanding payments and support timely collections from clients.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and periodic performance reviews for management.
• Represent the company at industry events, project sites, and client meetings.
