Job summary

Upscale in Gurgaon is seeking a result-driven real estate sales professional to drive fresh bookings through leads and social media. You will convert leads, conduct site visits, and close revenue-generating deals while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in Gurgaon real estate, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and a graduation degree. A dynamic, outbound personality is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Exp. in gurgaon's real estate, proven track record of closer revenue generation.
• Maintain good number of site visits and customer handling.

Responsibilities

• Generate fresh booking sales through leads, social media and references.
• Lead generation and conversion.
• Site visits to potential properties (target: 4 per week).
