• Conduct customer meetings and explain product features, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for timely loan processing and disbursement.
• Monitor competition and market trends to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain MIS reports and provide regular updates on sales performance.
• Recruit, train, and mentor field sales executives (if handling a team).
