• Recruit, train, motivate, and lead Relationship Managers to achieve business goals.
• Drive lead generation activities and maximize team productivity.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide market feedback to product and policy teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and NHB regulations.
