ACURA SOLUTIONS LTD in India seeks a driven lead generation and channel-management specialist for home loans and mortgage products. You will build and manage relationships with DSAs, builders, and real estate agents to expand regional coverage and achieve targets.

You will mentor a team of Relationship Officers or Sales Executives where applicable, overseeing end-to-end processing from file login to final disbursement, while ensuring strict adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines

• Lead Generation Sourcing: Drive open-market sourcing, direct sales, and digital lead conversion for home loans and mortgage products. [1, 2]
• Channel Management: Build, empanel, and manage relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builders, real estate agents, and connectors. [1, 2]
• Team Leadership (if applicable): Mentor, train, and manage a team of [Relationship Officers or Sales Executives] to maximize productivity and regional target achievements. [1, 2]
• End-to-End Processing: Oversee file login, initial document/CIBIL verification, coordination with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams up to final loan disbursement. [1, 2]
• Compliance Portfolio Quality: Ensure strict adherence to internal credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and low delinquency/NPA rates
