Responsibilities

• Lead generation sourcing for home loans: open-market sourcing, direct sales, and digital lead conversion.
• Channel management: empanel and manage DSAs, builders, real estate agents, and connectors.
• Team leadership: mentor, train, and manage a team of Relationship Officers or Sales Executives to hit regional targets.
• End-to-End processing: oversee file login, document/CIBIL verification, coordination with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams to final loan disbursement.
• Compliance portfolio quality: ensure adherence to internal credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and low delinquency/NPA rates.
