Job summary

Design Cafe is hiring a Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) for its Kanakapura Main Road Store. Address: Shop No.: 2nd Floor. Minimum Experience - 3+ years in inside sales or similar. Industry preference includes Interior Design Firms, Real Estate, Ed tech, Retail, Automotive.

The ideal candidate will build a strong pipeline, own the customer experience from first contact, and drive sales targets with a team of interior designers, delivering world-class service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales or similar experience
• 2-3 years of B2C sales hitting minimum monthly targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in Interior Design/FMCG/Real estate sectors is a plus

• The ideal candidate for this role will come with past experience in managing relationships with customers and running a sales team, with clear sales targets
• Candidates should come with a proven track record of taking ownership, understanding customer pain-points, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment.
• Should be effective communicators who can work effortlessly with customers, colleagues, business partners and vendors, alike

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• 2 to 3 years of prior experience in B2C Sales hitting minimum monthly targets .
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• A graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education)
