Job summary

Design Cafe is hiring a Sales Executive for Pune (Baner Store). The role targets building a robust sales pipeline and strong customer relationships at the Balewadi/Baner outlet.

You will own the end-to-end customer experience and strive to hit monthly targets with a team of interior designers. Required are 3+ years in inside sales or similar, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• 2 to 3 years of prior experience in B2C Sales hitting minimum monthly targets.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education).
