Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. in Rohtak seeks a field sales professional to drive growth for heavy commercial vehicles. You will work with local dealers to expand market share, identify strategic customers, and convert opportunities into closed deals.

You will forecast sales for the current model range, guide partners to broaden the secondary network, and coordinate with product teams to align offerings with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Sales Volumes and Market Share of Heavy Commercial vehicles through local dealers in respective territory.
• Identify and engage with strategic customers / Fleet owners.
• Map sub territories segment wise, application wise and work on conversion plan.
• Forecast sales for existing range of models / products.
• Guide channel partners to develop secondary sales network and act as interface between Product development / PMG team and end customers.
• Provide timely reports on customer expectations; monitor competitors activities and counter strategies.
• Train, motivate and develop the channel partners and their sales teams; develop the market through host of BTL activities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Sales Volumes and Market Share of Heavy Commercial vehicles through local dealers in respective territory. To identify and engage with strategic customers / Fleet owners.
• To conduct activities of this segment customers like transporters, influencers and to materialize deals by working out group deals. To map sub territories segment wise, application wise and working on conversion plan.
• Should be able to do sales forecasting for existing range of models / products. To guide channel partners to develop secondary sales network. To act as an interface between the Product development / PMG team and the end customers.
• To gauge and give inputs regarding the customer expectations through timely reports to product development / PMG team. To know competitors activities, new product plans and prepare strategy to counter the same.
• To train, motivate and develop the channel partners and their sales team. To develop the market through host of BTL activities most suited for that market and segment.
