• Proven experience as a sales manager, preferably in fintech/payments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth as an individual contributor.
• Identify and target potential clients across e-commerce, retail, hospitality, education and more.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and technical teams to ensure onboarding and customer success.
• Provide regular reports to Country Head, highlighting achievements and challenges.
• Participate in industry events and networking to promote payment gateway solutions and generate leads.
