Job summary

airpay payment services is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand the client base in the rapidly growing payment gateway market. As an individual contributor, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to close.

You will develop strategies across e-commerce, retail, hospitality, education, and more, build strong client relationships, collaborate with marketing, product and technical teams for onboarding and success, and report results to the Country Head.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
• Provide regular reports to Country Head, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote our payment gateway solutions and generate leads.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
