• Promote secondary sales through coordination with distributors.
• Coordinate and follow-up with S&OP to ensure timely delivery of booked orders.
• Collaborate with Technical Sales team to leverage their competency to provide best solution to customer requirements.
• Ensure timely collections of sales orders from business partners and establish mechanisms for debtors' control.
• Conduct review meetings with the sales force to identify issues and suggest corrective actions.
• Support and encourage development of high competency and engagement level of team members.
