Job summary

Vishnu Cars Private Limited in Tirupati is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the NEXA showroom sales operations, drive target achievement, and strengthen market penetration. You will build and mentor a high-performing sales team while ensuring a superior customer experience aligned with NEXA and Maruti Suzuki standards.

The role requires a strong track record in premium vehicle sales, CRM/DMS proficiency, and strategic execution to grow Tirupati’s NEXA presence.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; an MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 58 years of experience in automobile passenger vehicle sales, preferably with a reputed dealership.
• At least 23 years of experience in a Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role is preferred.
• Experience in premium passenger vehicle sales or a NEXA dealership will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM/DMS systems, customer relationship management and market development.

Reporting To: GM - Sales

1. Job Purpose

To lead and manage the NEXA showroom sales operations at Tirupati, achieve sales targets, improve market penetration, develop a high-performing sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with NEXA and Maruti Suzuki standards.

2. Qualification & Experience
