Bonito Designs is seeking a Sales Manager- Channel Sourcing to drive channel sales across Mumbai/Bangalore. You will identify real estate channel partners, build strong relationships with key contacts, and coordinate with internal teams to meet performance targets.

The role emphasizes meeting sales objectives, proactive partner planning, and ensuring alignment with partner agreements to expand our partner network.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate and developer work with a degree is required.
• Key skills include sales, B2C sales, leadership, communication, and client handling.

Responsibilities

• Identify Real Estate Channel Partner according to the business requirements.
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
• Coordinate involvement of company personnel to meet partner performance objectives.
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in partner accounts.
• Lead joint partner planning to develop mutual performance objectives and milestones.
• Assess and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
• Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner resources.
• Manage channel conflicts by maintaining communication and adherence to rules of engagement.
• Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.

About the Role: Channel Sales for winning, maintaining, and expanding all our partner relationships. Your role will include supporting the companys ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing channel sales support to a region or portfolio of assigned partners or customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify Real Estate Channel Partner according to the business requirements
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
• Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
• Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
• Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
• Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
• Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
• Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partner

Experience & Education Required:

Real Estate, Developer work Experience and Degree is Required
