Job summary

Bonito Designs is seeking a Sales Manager- Channel Sourcing to drive channel sales in Mumbai/Bangalore, identifying and onboarding real estate channel partners and expanding partner networks to meet revenue goals.

You will coordinate with partner accounts, manage relationships, and ensure adherence to channel rules while developing joint plans and addressing partner needs for sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Real estate and developer work experience required.
• A degree is required.
• Strong sales and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify Real Estate Channel Partner according to business requirements.

Job Location: Mumbai/Bangalore

About the Role: Channel Sales for winning, maintaining, and expanding all our partner relationships. Your role will include supporting the companys ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing channel sales support to a region or portfolio of assigned partners or customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify Real Estate Channel Partner according to the business requirements
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
• Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
• Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
• Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
• Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
• Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
• Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partner

Experience & Education Required:

Real Estate, Developer work Experience and Degree is Required
