Job summary

Adecco India in Mumbai is seeking a Marketing Leader for a hospital to drive revenue growth within the first year by implementing focused sales strategies and nurturing corporate/referral relationships.

You will hire, train and retain a high-performing marketing team, develop an annual plan aligned with strategic goals, expand medical tourism and telemedicine initiatives, and organise quarterly corporate events, community camps and CMEs with strong engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–19 years of experience in hospital or pharmaceutical marketing.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to lead a marketing team.
• Proven ability to build relationships with corporates, TPAs and doctors.

Responsibilities

• Revenue generation strategy to boost hospital revenue within the first year.
• Lead recruitment, training and retention of the marketing team.
• Develop and execute annual marketing plan with measurable ROI.
• Expand medical tourism and telemedicine initiatives.

Role:-

• Revenue Generation: Increase hospital revenue within the first year by implementing effective sales strategies and nurturing relationships to increase corporate/referral patients and recover outstanding as per hospital policies.
• Leadership: Hire, train and retain a highly competent marketing team.
• Planning: Develop and execute an annual marketing plan that aligns with the hospital's strategic goals and provides measurable ROI.
• Tourism: Expand medical tourism and implement telemedicine services, establishing the hospital as a leader in innovative healthcare services.
• Events: Execute corporate events, community camps, and CMEs each quarter with high participation and positive feedback.
