Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is seeking a Sales Manager for Agency and Retail Brokers (Motor) in Mumbai. The role focuses on growing motor insurance sales through agency and broker channels, onboard new partners, and drive premium growth.

The candidate should have 3+ years in general insurance, with strong channel management experience and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Education in business-related fields is preferred; MBA/PGDM adds advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in General Insurance, preferably Motor Insurance.
• Strong experience in Agency Sales, Broker Management, Channel Sales or Partner Management.
• Experience handling insurance agencies, retail brokers or intermediary channels.
• Proven track record of achieving sales/premium targets.
• Good understanding of the Motor Insurance market and distribution ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with insurance agencies, retail brokers and intermediary partners.
• Identify and onboard new agencies and broker partners.
• Drive motor insurance sales and premium targets through the assigned channel.
• Activate existing partners and increase their business contribution.
• Conduct regular partner meetings and identify new business opportunities.
