Job summary

Crescendo Global is partnering with a leading general insurance company to appoint a Sales Manager for Goa, responsible for owning the Agency channel for Private Car and 2-Wheeler products.

You will identify and onboard agents, build strong relationships, drive productivity, and meet sales targets while expanding the agency network across Goa through regular field visits.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 38 years of experience in General Insurance / Retail Motor Insurance / Insurance Sales.
• Experience in Agency Sales / Agency Development preferred.
• Strong exposure to Private Car & 2-Wheeler insurance.
• Proven experience in agent acquisition, activation and relationship management.
• Strong sales and target-achievement orientation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of the Goa market.
• Willingness to undertake regular field visits.
