Job summary

Chola MS General Insurance Company Limited is seeking a Sales Manager - Motor Agency to lead a team of agents, drive sales budgets, and expand the client base. You will recruit, train, and manage agents while ensuring efficient agency operations and high customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on building client relationships, identifying insurance needs, and delivering tailored motor insurance solutions. Prior GI industry exposure is preferred; all genders are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate with minimum 1 year experience in Agency Channel in Insurance
• Experience in GI industry preferred
• Male or Female acceptable
• Good communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of existing agents to achieve sales targets

• Oversee daily operations of the retail agency for efficiency and satisfaction
