Job summary

Cornext Agri Products is seeking a seasoned sales leader with 6-8 years of proven experience in agriculture machinery, dairy development and cattle veterinary products. You will drive business development with state dairy farms, large and small dairy clusters, societies and farmers across India.

Responsibilities include implementing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base, leading sales teams to achieve growth and targets, and engaging with private and public dairy sectors.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in sales for agriculture machinery, dairy development, and cattle veterinary products.
• Engage with state dairy farms, dairy clusters, societies, and farmers.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• MBA/deg in agriculture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base.
• Lead sales teams to achieve growth and targets.
• Engage with private and public dairy sectors.
• Build collaborations with state animal husbandry departments and dealers.
• Travel frequently (15–20 days per month).

Job Description:

• Looking for candidates with a minimum of 6-8 years experience in Sales in the fields of Agriculture Machineries, Dairy Development and Cattle veterinary products.
• End customers to be State Dairy Farms, Large and Small Dairy clusters / Societies and farmers.
• Responsible for Business development in associated regions of India.
• Implementing strategic sales plans that expand company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Shall be engaging with prospective customers in private and public dairy sectors.
• Should achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales teams.
• Self-motivated style of working, especially Startup working environment.
• Involves extensive traveling.

Required Skills:

• Developing collaborations with state animal husbandry departments, the dairy industry, agri-machinery dealers, and other channel partners to create new business opportunities.
• Scouting for research and advocacy projects in the dairy sector.
• Stay updated with current marketing trends and strategies.
