Job summary

Eskimo Refrigeration Industries seeks a dynamic Sales & Marketing Engineer to grow our dairy and food processing business. You will identify opportunities, generate leads, prepare techno-commercial proposals, participate in tenders, and build long-term customer relationships.

The role requires 3–10 years in relevant sales, knowledge of dairy refrigeration systems, and strong negotiating and communication skills. Travel across India is expected as part of business development.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Minimum 3–10 years in sales/marketing in dairy/food processing or refrigeration.
• Strong knowledge of dairy processing equipment and industrial refrigeration systems.
• Experience in tendering, techno-commercial proposals, and project sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the dairy and food processing sectors.
• Promote dairy processing plants, refrigeration systems, and turnkey projects.
• Meet dairy unions, private dairies, consultants, and EPC contractors to develop business.
• Prepare techno-commercial offers, quotations, and cost estimates.
• Participate in government and private tenders from enquiry to order finalization.
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales orders.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and project teams for proposal preparation.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Travel extensively across India for customer visits and business development.

• Existing network with dairy unions, milk federations, consultants, and food processing companies will be an added advantage.
