Veerwal Getwork Services in Jaipur, India, seeks a sales professional for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. The role involves acquiring new clients, market visits, and generating leads with F2F interviews and branch outreach.

You will manage end-to-end client relationships, meet monthly targets, and ensure strict KYC compliance. The position offers fixed salary 3 LPA to 4.5 LPA with attractive incentives, based in Jaipur.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree required.
• 2–5 years of experience in Home Loan and Loan Against Property sales.
• Age between 20 and 35 years.

Responsibilities

• New client acquisition for loan products.
• Market visits to identify interested clients for loan products.
• Regular follow-ups with clients and generate references for new business.
• Generate leads via dealers, consultants, market visits, direct meetings, references, internet mining and market mapping.
• Ensure quality customer service is delivered.
• Meet productivity norms and monthly targets defined by the bank.
• Strictly adhere to KYC norms and compliance.

Responsibilities

• 1) New Client acquisition for Loan product.
• 2) Market visit to find out the interested client for Loan.
• 3) Regular follow-ups with clients, generate references for new business needs.
• 4) Generate leads of clients through Dealers, consultants, market visits, direct clients meetings, references, internet mining & market mapping.
• 5) Ensure quality customer service is delivered.
• 6) Meeting productivity norms and monthly targets defined by the Bank.
• 7) Strictly adhere & maintain KYC norms compliance.
• 8) Follow the norms, regulations & practices of banks religiously.

Fix Salary: 3 LPA to 4.5 LPA+ Huge Incentives.

Eligibility

• 1. Any Graduate and Post Graduate.
• 2. Experience 2 Years to 5 Years ( Home Loan and Loan Against Property Sales ).
• 3. Age: 20-35 years.
• 4. Must have flair in sales & marketing.
• 5. Should be a target & result oriented personality.
