Job summary

STAFFIAA in Rajkot is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Mortgage Sales to drive growth through DSA sourcing and channel development. You will manage end-to-end loan processes and build lasting relationships with partners.

The candidate should have 3+ years in Mortgage/Home Loan sales, with strong knowledge of secured lending products and proven channel management skills. This is a target-driven role offering exposure to a dynamic NBFC/banking environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Mortgage Sales, Home Loans or LAP.
• DSA sourcing experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of secured lending products.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and channel management skills.
• Ability to hit business targets and develop new sourcing channels.

Responsibilities

• Generate Home Loan and LAP business through DSA and channel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors and other sourcing channels.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the channel network.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and faster loan closures.
