TopGear Consultants Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is seeking an energetic Business Development professional for our manufacturing sector. You will identify new customers, upcoming projects, plant expansions and drive profitable business opportunities.

You will lead generation, client meetings, techno-commercial proposals, stakeholder management, market research and sales reporting, with a focus on meeting targets and timely project execution in a busy manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify new customers, upcoming projects, plant expansions and profitable business opportunities.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads through market research, industry networking and customer engagement.
• Sales Planning: Achieve sales targets, revenue, margins and business growth.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain existing customers and develop new client relationships.
• Client Meetings: Meet customers regularly and follow up to close sales orders.
• Techno-Commercial Proposals: Understand customer requirements, prepare proposals with engineering teams, negotiate and close orders.
• Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with CXOs, Project Heads, Engineering, Procurement and QA teams.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and upcoming projects.
• Customer Support: Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for timely project execution.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly reports on customer visits, leads, conversions, orders and future action plans.
