Job summary

upGrad Study Abroad is seeking a Senior Admission Counsellor to drive enrollments by counselling potential learners and conducting Video Counselling sessions. The role requires 4+ years of EdTech sales experience and fluency in Malayalam, with accountability for meeting revenue targets.

You will engage leads, understand learner needs, and recommend programs, while maintaining CRM updates and achieving KPI-driven outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Malayalam for client interaction
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
