TeamLease is hiring a Sales Manager Field Sales (Loans) in Uttar Pradesh to drive ground-level loan sales across personal, business, and secured products. You will generate leads, network with clients, and support applicants through documentation and sanctioning. This role requires 1+ years in field sales in Loans/BFSI and a target-driven mindset.

You will travel within assigned territories, meet monthly disbursement targets, and collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth loan closures.
