Job summary

Yes Bank in Coimbatore is seeking a sales-oriented professional to lead a team focused on credit card issuance and banking product cross-sells. Base location is Coimbatore with coverage across Tamil Nadu.

You will manage a team, drive branch partnerships, and ensure regulatory compliance in KYC processes. The role emphasizes achieving monthly card targets, enhancing branch collaboration, and growing the portfolio through Insurance, Demat accounts, and investment products within a compliant

Responsibilities

• Team Target: Ensure each team member issues 30 credit cards per month (Per Member)
• Branch Relations: Partner with Branch Managers across 19 tagged branches to secure leads.
• Cross-Selling: Drive team to sell Insurance, Demat accounts, and Investment products to card buyers.
• Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to bank KYC and regulatory norms.
• Location: Coimbatore (Base) Mapped to Coimbatore and Rest of Tamil Nadu (ROTN)
• Team Size: 6 to 8 Direct Reports
