Job summary

Budget Housing And Properties in Chennai is seeking a sales leader to drive revenue through a high-performing team. You will guide daily activities, assign leads, track calls, and ensure timely follow-ups while closing high-value deals.

The role requires 2–5 years in sales/team management with strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with Chennai/Tamil Nadu real estate dynamics. Fluency in Tamil/English is preferred.

Qualifications
