Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets.

• Convert qualified leads into bookings and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Monitor sales pipelines, lead status, follow-ups, bookings, and collections.
• Coordinate with the CRM, Marketing, Finance, and Project teams to ensure smooth customer transactions.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Support the Sales Manager in managing and motivating the sales team to achieve targets.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company sales processes and policies.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
