The role focuses on driving technical sales, developing new business, and building relationships with academic institutions, OEMs, and system integrators. You will lead product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations, collaborating closely with engineering and applications teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in EEE or ECE required.
• MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred.
• 4–6 years in technical sales or BD.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Present technical products and demonstrations.
• Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, OEMs, system integrators and R&D establishments.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver customized solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• B.E./B.Tech in EEE, ECE, or allied engineering fields.
• MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in technical sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of EEE/ECE fundamentals, particularly Power Electronics.
• Experience in academic sales, EDA tools, laboratory solutions, or industrial automation will be an added advantage.
• Drive strategic sales initiatives and expand market presence.
• Develop new business opportunities across academic institutions, OEMs, system integrators, and R&D establishments.
• Promote technical products, software tools, hardware platforms, and training solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
• Lead product presentations, demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and the complete sales cycle.
• Collaborate with engineering and applications teams to deliver customized solutions.
