Role Description

The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Alappuzha. The Sales Manager will lead the sales team, set targets, and monitor performance to achieve dealership sales objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing showroom operations, overseeing customer interactions, guiding team members on product presentations, test drives, and closing sales. The role involves developing and implementing sales plans, coordinating promotional activities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, lenders, and other partners. The Sales Manager will also ensure accurate reporting, adherence to Mahindra & Mahindra sales processes, and continuous improvement in customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive or retail sales management, including team leadership and target achievement.
