Job summary

Meragi, India's fastest-growing wedding planning platform, seeks a seasoned Sales Leader to mentor a team of Wedding Sales Consultants and drive revenue while ensuring outstanding customer experiences.

You will collaborate with Design, Planning, and Operations to deliver seamless wedding journeys, coach mid-to-senior level sales reps, and participate in hiring and development activities to sustain rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 3 to 10 years of sales experience with at least 2-3 years in a team leadership role.
• Experience in weddings, hospitality, events, luxury retail, interior, architecture or lifestyle industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor sales metrics, improve conversions, and drive team performance.
• Handle client escalations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced sales leader to manage and mentor a team of Wedding Sales Consultants. You'll drive sales performance, enhance customer experience, and work closely with Design and Operations to deliver seamless wedding journeys.
