Job summary

Meragi, a dynamic startup in Bengaluru, seeks a proactive Sales professional to lead client acquisitions and nurture relationships through every phase from consultation to event delivery.

You will collaborate with design and operations teams to translate client preferences into stunning wedding experiences, driving growth while staying ahead of industry trends and regional market needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field.
• 1–5 years of sales experience preferred in wedding/event or lifestyle industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with design aesthetics and client preferences; creativity is a plus.
• Regional language proficiency is required.

• Own the sales performance for your team and consistently achieve targets.
• Identify and convert new prospects through multiple channels.
• Share feedback and insights to improve sales processes and customer experience.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure a smooth journey from consultation to event delivery.
