Job summary

Meragi in Goa, India is seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development professional to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our wedding services platform.

You will lead sales strategy, identify and engage potential clients through events, social networks, and partnerships; conduct presentations to tailor wedding packages; foster long-term client relationships; guide the planning team for successful events; and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure top-tier fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in wedding/event industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, preferred.
• Flexibility to work timings, and holidays as required.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and generate leads.

Qualifications
