Job summary

MSC Transformers Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned Industrial B2B Sales Leader to drive LT & HT transformer sales across India. This role focuses on developing strategies, expanding relationships with utilities, EPCs, industries, and government clients, and steering large-value opportunities to closure.

You will coordinate with design, production, and commercial teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution, while mentoring the Sales & Business Development team to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Industrial B2B Sales.
• Experience in Transformers, Switchgear, Electrical Equipment, or Power sector preferred.
• Strong network with Utilities, EPC contractors, consultants, and industrial customers.
• MBA (Marketing) or Engineering background preferred.
• Team handling experience.
