Responsibilities

• Make 60–80 outbound calls per day to hospital procurement, surgery centers, and medical distributors.
• Achieve minimum 160+ minutes (2 hours) of daily talk time on active sales calls (excluding voicemails & invalid numbers).
• Send 30–40 personalized follow-up emails daily with product information, quotes, and compliance documents.
• Log every call, email, and outcome in CRM (HubSpot) in real-time.
